PRI Mozambique is hiring an Operations Administrator
Duties:
• Provide administrative and support services to office teams;
• Answer customer questions by phone call, text message or email;
• Perform Bookkeeping and office file management
• Organize plan/coordinate events, and other related activities;
• Keep Office work environment safe and clean.
Requirements:
• High School diploma or technical training in administration;
• At least 4 years of experience in the same area or equivalent;
• Computer Literate;
• Familiarity with clerical and administrative procedures;
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
