Description:
• Acts as key contact for allocated customer;
• Provides spot quotations and performs up-and cross-selling on inbound customer calls;
• Accept and process orders for handover to operations.

Requisites:
• Diploma on commercial, Marketing and related area (prefered);
• Professional experience of three (3) years in similar roles;
• Good Knowledge of forwarding business system and Customer service;
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
