Description:
• Support all employees to work together defining company policies and implement training;
• Research, implement new systems, monitor financial data and recommend solutions that will improve profitability;
• Oversee marketing strategies, hiring objectives and job description creation;
• Manage the budget and expenses of a company or department. 


Requirements:
• High school diploma from a Business Administration, Finance or a related area;
• Professional experience of four (4) in similar roles;
• Ability to work independently;
• Excellent analyze and negotiation;
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
