PRI Mozambique is hiring a Business Operation Manager
Description:
• Coordinate and strategically manage operational processes and train the Front Office team;
• Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle;
• Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans;
• Identify areas for improvement and create new business opportunities;
• Supervise, recommend and Maintain a high level of customer service.
Requirements:
• Five (5) years’ experience in the areas of logistics, transportation or similar functions;
• Excellent in Leadership, human resources management and negotiation;
• Good knowledge of marketing and computing from the user’s perspective;
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
