Overview
Our Client in Dubai is looking for a strong business development manager to lead their established and future client database (GCC & Levant Markets). You will be responsible for identifying and generating business opportunities, ensuring growth and sustainability, as well as new industry penetration & service innovation and provide pitch support to country BD teams.
Financial Contributions
• Deliver new business development targets
• Deliver new business development targets
Operational Contributions
• Drive the identification, evaluation, development and pitching of regional business opportunities/leads
• Lead contract negotiation activities with regional clients to facilitate deal closing.
• Drive the development of industry specific service opportunities and credentials, and support the local country teams in new industry penetration through local skill development and local pitch support
• Support local country teams with new service innovation initiatives and cross-pollination of service innovations across the region
• Provide in-country BD and pitch support to prioritized countries

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree
• master’s in business administration is preferred
• Ten years’ experience in a similar industry, especially in sales, marketing, business development related work, etc.
• Minimum five years’ experience in a business development role in a service provider (preferably in a similar BTL industry service provider)
