PRI Mozambique is Hiring Sous Chef
Functions:
• Assist or Chief Executive in the direction and supervision of all culinary operations;
• Create and implement the menu for special events;
• Coordinate and monitor the functions indicated by the Chief Executive and the Restaurant Manager;
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards;
• Generate or prepare orders and monitor food quality;
• Assist in monitoring and developing the performance of team members for inclusion.
Requirements:
• Graduation in Hotel Administration / Diploma or Diploma in Catering;
• Five (5) years of experience as a sub-chef or in a similar field;
• Certification in Food Safety;
• Computer skills in Word and Excel is an advantage;
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
