PRI Mozambique is Hiring Recruitment Officer 

Functions:

• Implement the general recruitment strategy;
• Develop and update job descriptions and specifications;
• Perform task analysis, to list the requirements and objectives of the vacancy;
• Prepare and publish job vacancies on appropriate platforms;
• Conduct interviews, assess candidates’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience and skills;
• Monitor and apply recruiting best practices;

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources, Economics, Management or similar;
• More than 10 years of experience in management consulting, market research, banks or NGOs;
• Knowledge and experience of social activism (is an advantage);
• Ability to manage deadlines;
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
