Overview
Our Client, is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their team and run the department effectively.
Job Responsibilities:
– Processing Monthly payroll using Belina
– Oversee the employment process
– Chairing the disciplinary committee and overseeing all hearings, appeals, etc.
– Keeping up to date with all statutory changes in the labour laws relative to the transport sector and implement relevant changes as and when necessary
– Managing and implementing a workers’ committee and council and coordinate the respective meetings.
Job Requirements
– Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an HR Manager of a large company
– Degree or diploma in Human Resources Management
– Extensive knowledge of Belina
– Extensive experience with disciplinary committees, hearing, appeals, etc..
– Experience with workers’ committees and councils
