PRI is hiring an Senior Human Resources Manager
Functions:
• Ensure technical and legal compliance in the HR Department;
• Prepare employment contracts, disciplinary proceedings, minutes, communications, circulars, opinions and other documents related to the HR Department;
• Provide technical assistance to the company’s workers, partners, management and partners;
• Represent the company at meetings, conferences and other events when necessary.
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources, Law or related course;
• Ten Years (10) experience in HR Management;
• Previous experience in management or leadership position;
• Deep knowledge of Labor Law;
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
