PRI Mozambique is Hiring an Training Manager
Functions:
• Developing and implementing training strategies and programs;
• Designing e-learning courses, career plans, workshops and more;
• Evaluate individual and organizational development needs;
• Implement various training methods company-wide (coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
Requirements:
• Degree in Business Management, Psychology or a related field;
• Professional certification in learning and development methods (in an advantage)
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen;
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
