PRI Mozambique is hiring an Executive Assistant


Functions:
• Perform administrative functions and handle all correspondence to the Director;
• Schedule and organize meetings, teleconferences, reports and elaborated actions;
• Ensuring organization and easy access to documents;
• Help to prepare the office budget if necessary;


Requirements:
• Degree in Public Administration, Marketing, Business Management or related field;
• Five (5) years experience as Executive Assistant;
• Computer skills (MS office, MS Windows from the user’s perspective);
• Experience with customer service;
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
