Responsibilities
•Design and Develop upselling, prevention, win back initiatives and Implement Base Management Strategy;
• Apply Analysis based on Machine Learning and improve the customer experience in multiple channels (sales, payment platforms, social media and traditional customer service);
• Recruiting, training and coaching employees;
• Create and manage work breakdown structures of IT projects;
• Provide guidelines to in-country Retention teams.
Qualifications
• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Telecommunication or related field;
• More than 6 years’ experience in Consulting and media or Technology ;
• Customer Relationship Management Skills;
• Knowledge in Database Management.
