PRI is Hiring an Customer Experience Manager


Functions:
• Develop and maintain close working relationships with Stakeholders, Clients, Partners and Government;
• Define and implement standards/procedures for ensuring optimal customer experience;
• Evaluating the customer life cycle, identify areas for improvement and make improvement suggestions;
• Designing and implementing impactful public-private partnerships.


Requirements:
• Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Agricultural Economics, Public Policy or in a relevant field;
• At least 10 years’ experience in development of agricultural value chains, agribusiness;
• Leadership and Customer Service Skills;
• Proficient in Portuguese and English.
