PRI is hiring an Administration and Finance Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Update, design, implement and supervise adherence to the office’s policies and procedures, in addition to monitoring and processing accounts payable and accounts receivable;
• Prepare accounts, invoices, bank deposits and attend general consultations;
• Plan the logistics, manage office orders and assist in the activities of the contact database;
• Perform maintenance and schedule regular office equipment services.

Requirements:

• Degree in Company Management, Accounting, or relevant field;
• More than five (5) years in Accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures;
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work;
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
