Bar Manager
- Manage the bar/lounge operations of the restaurant to ensure the achievements of established beverage quality and guest service quality standards and departmental revenue and profit goal.
Job Description

Deliver food and beverage service of high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures

Set objectives and targets for beverage unit/bar

Determine staff needs and recruit staff

Plan & design KPI for the Bar patron to excel and improve in business

Assess development needs and train and coach staff
-
Delegate duties and tasks to staff to meet standards and objectives

Ensure staff operate with in company policies

Organize and adjust staff rotos and schedules in accordance with available resources and labour regulations
-
Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages to meet set standards

Resolve customer complaints Promptly
-
Monitor cleanliness and Hygiene
