Bar Manager 
  • Manage the bar/lounge operations of the restaurant to ensure the achievements of established beverage quality and guest service quality standards and departmental revenue and profit goal.
Job Description

  • Deliver food and beverage service of high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures

  • Set objectives and targets for beverage unit/bar

  • Determine staff needs and recruit staff

  • Plan & design KPI for the Bar patron to excel and improve in business

  • Assess development needs and train and coach staff

  • Delegate duties and tasks to staff to meet standards and objectives

  • Ensure staff operate with in company policies

  • Organize and adjust staff rotos and schedules in accordance with available resources and labour regulations

  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of beverages to meet set standards

  • Resolve customer complaints Promptly

  • Monitor cleanliness and Hygiene
