Overview
Our client, with bottling operations in Zimbabwe is looking for a Head Brewer to join their team. The suitable person will effectively be the 2IC reporting in to the Brewery Manager/ Production Manager
Responsibilities:
- Ensure optimum production output
- Drive quality improvements
- Manage raw materials and stock movements
- Reduce packaging down times
- Reporting
- Staff Management
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Microbiology, biochemistry or Food production
- Diploma in Brewing
- Quality Assurance certification
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience, 3 years’ at a supervisory position
