The Job
As a Marketing and Communication Specialist at Tiko, you’ll assist the Marketing team in delivering our message in an easy-to-understand and impactful way.
Your role will involve:
- Supporting the implementation of our platform marketing strategy; understanding our users, their needs and behaviors.
- Helping translate our marketing plans into actionable tasks that increase interest in our membership and services. This will include helping to create content, brand materials, and social media posts.
- Providing insights from field operations to make our engagement strategies better.
- Staying updated on marketing trends to help improve the platform’s reach.
- Identifying opportunities for brand promotion to make Tiko more known to our target audience.
About You
You’re a team player with a knack for creative thinking. You have good people skills and can work well with others.
Requirements
- Relevant university qualification in Marketing, Business Management, or similar
- At least 3 years of previous experience in a similar position.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency analyzing data and drawing insights from it.
- You are currently based in Lusaka, Zambia (mandatory).
Recruitment process:
The process will be divided into four stages: an introductory call with a recruiter, two interviews with the team, and a short test.
