Our client in Maputo is looking for a Team Leader to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a deep knowledge of poultry production sector and a proven track record in the relevant field.

Responsibilities:
- Lead one or more teams of 3-6 employees.
- Instruct and supervise the mechanical assembly of machines, steel constructions and various Manufacture of suspensions and supports for piping systems made from bar material such as angle iron, square tubes and circular tubes.
- Handle different sheet thicknesses from 1-6mm steel or stainless steel.
- Give an immediate report of any damage on parts, tools and machines to the Teamleader responsible.
Requirements:
- Basic technical training with a certificate.
- Min. 5 years professional experience as a teamleader in plant engineering.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Adherence to agreed deadlines and immediate reporting of expected delays.
- Training in the use of lifting operations and lifting equipment.
