Our client in Maputo is looking for a Pipe Fitter to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a deep knowledge of poultry production sector and a proven track record in the relevant field.

Responsibilities:
- Protect parts to be mounted against damage and scratching of surfaces.
- Measure, record and calculate piping systems.
- Manufacture of suspensions and supports for piping systems made from bar material such as angle iron, square tubes and circular tubes.
- Report verbal to the Team leader concerning all deviations relating to safety, installation specifications, quality and time.
Requirements:
- Basic technical training as a pipe fitter with a certificate.
- 4 years professional experience in plant engineering.
- Good verbal communication in English.
- Safe handling of electrical hand-operated machines, e.g., angle grinders, drilling equipment, hammer drills, jigsaws, etc.
- Good knowledge of electrode / MAG and TIG welding, including handling of forming gas (a welding certificate is required for finished products)
