Our client in Harare is looking for an energetic and confident HR Administrator to join their team for a job vacancy within the

FMCG Manufacturing & Production industry.

 

The responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Organizing and maintaining personnel records
  • Updating internal HR databases
  • Preparing HR documents
  • Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics
  • Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues
  • Assist payroll department
  • Participate in HR projects

 

Requirements:

  • A relevant tertiary level qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of Belina Payroll and Excel
  • A financial background is an added advantage
  • An ability to communicate effectively with excellent verbal and written skills.
  • An ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and targets.
