Our client in Harare is looking for an energetic and confident HR Administrator to join their team for a job vacancy within the
FMCG Manufacturing & Production industry.
The responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Organizing and maintaining personnel records
- Updating internal HR databases
- Preparing HR documents
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics
- Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues
- Assist payroll department
- Participate in HR projects
Requirements:
- A relevant tertiary level qualification.
- Strong knowledge of Belina Payroll and Excel
- A financial background is an added advantage
- An ability to communicate effectively with excellent verbal and written skills.
- An ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and targets.
