Responsibilities
- Bring in new business from existing and new clients
- Review and develop operational processes to improve performance and maximize growth.
- Establish sales targets and ensuring that a company meets these
- Manage the team of salespeople and prepare commercial plans and market prospects;
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in business development, business management, business administration or a related field.
- Marketing Sales Association (MAMSA), for instance, offers a certificate or diploma in marketing strategy and management.
- Good knowledge of CRM, databases and social networks; Good network of contacts, flexible schedule, female profile.
