Our client a well-established and reputable organization is looking to recruit a Project Manager to join their firm. This candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire installation process of our kitchen projects, ensuring that each installation is executed seamlessly from start to finish. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously, typically around five at various stages of completion, and will work closely with our installation teams, factory, and clients to ensure that all aspects of the project are ready and coordinated for successful delivery.
The responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Project Coordination: Monitor and manage all phases of the kitchen installation process, from initial planning to final execution. Ensure that each project is on schedule and that all necessary preparations are completed before the installation date.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, installation teams, and the factory. Communicate project timelines, expectations, and updates clearly and effectively.
- Quality Control: Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure that all aspects of the installation meet our quality standards. Address any issues or discrepancies promptly to maintain project integrity.
- Logistics Management: Coordinate with the factory to ensure all materials, products, and equipment are prepared and available for installation on the scheduled dates. Proactively identify and resolve potential delays or supply chain issues.
- Timeline Management: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules. Track progress and adjust as necessary to keep projects on track and within budget.
- Problem-Solving: Anticipate potential challenges in the installation process and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks. Resolve any on-site issues that arise during the installation process swiftly and effectively.
- Client Satisfaction: Ensure a positive experience for our clients by delivering high-quality installations on time and within scope. Address any client concerns or questions throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in construction or kitchen installations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, teams, and suppliers. Knowledge of kitchen installation processes and materials is a plus. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering quality results.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various job sites as required.
