Our client in Maputo is looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a deep knowledge of FMCG sector and a proven track record in the relevant field.

Responsibility
- Use PRIMAVERA master data from Suppliers and Other Creditors.
- Responsible for serving suppliers and internal customers.
- Assist with receiving, checking and posting invoices from suppliers.
- Ensure the processing of all VGRs until the end of the period.
- Coordinate with the Purchasing Chain validation of invoices from suppliers that are not compliant (Send e-mail to the checking agency).
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Economics, Management or Finance.
- 3 years’ experience in similar function.
- Knowledge of MS Office and ERP Primavera from the perspective of frequent user (mandatory).
- Knowledge of oral and written English (Mandatory).
- High sense of duty and responsibility.
