TSF Specialist
We are Recruiting!
Our client, with mining operations in Zimbabwe, is looking for a TSF specialist who will be responsible for the development and implementation of strategies to elevate TSF management at relevant sites to required safety standards. He/she will be responsible for transforming TSF operations into a sustainable and cost-effective part of the business.
Responsibilities
- Strategy development and implementation
- Running TSF operations as an SBU including financial management, budgeting, and cost control.
- Operations optimization
- Regulatory compliance
- Stakeholder engagement
- Technology and innovation
- Team management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering / environmental science or related fields.
- Minimum of 10 years’ TSF management with demonstrated success in leading and implementing complex projects.
- Strong leadership, communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of TSF operations, environmental regulations and sustainability principles is essential.
