TSF Specialist

Our client, with mining operations in Zimbabwe, is looking for a TSF specialist who will be responsible for the development and implementation of strategies to elevate TSF management at relevant sites to required safety standards. He/she will be responsible for transforming TSF operations into a sustainable and cost-effective part of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy development and implementation
  • Running TSF operations as an SBU including financial management, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Operations optimization
  • Regulatory compliance

  • Technology and innovation
  • Team management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering / environmental science or related fields.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ TSF management with demonstrated success in leading and implementing complex projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of TSF operations, environmental regulations and sustainability principles is essential.
