Position: Technical Sales Representative – Butchery Equipment
This role is key to combining the technical details of butchery equipment with the sales process, ensuring clients get excellent service and support.
Location: Lusaka Zambia
Key Responsibilities:
• Product Knowledge: Demonstrate and explain the technical aspects of butchery equipment to clients.
• Sales Generation: Identify potential clients, establish new business, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Customer Support: Provide pre- and post-sales support, including troubleshooting and technical assistance.
• Presentations: Prepare and deliver technical presentations to showcase product features and benefits.
• Market Analysis: Understand customer needs and market trends to tailor sales strategies.
• Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit sales reports to management.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in technical sales, preferably in the butchery or meat processing industry.
• Education: Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Office.
• Other Requirements: Ability to travel within the region and a valid clean driver’s license.
