Our client in Maputo is looking for a Administrative Assistant  to join their team. The ideal candidate should have a deep knowledge of Security sector and a proven track record in the relevant field.

Responsibility

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
  • Answer phone calls and direct callers to appropriate personnel, schedule appointments, sign for incoming packages, and assist clients and other visitors.
  • Input and update information in databases and spreadsheets.
  • Prepare meeting agendas and take meeting minutes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, associate’s degree a plus
  • Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) or Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification a plus.
  • Past administrative experience in an office setting a plus
  • Must have safety and security experience.
  • Must speak fluent Portuguese and English.
