Job Summary:
The Personal Assistant (PA) provides high-level administrative support to senior executives or management, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient handling of tasks. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary Management: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
  • Correspondence: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and written correspondence.
  • Document Preparation: Draft, edit, and proofread reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Event Planning: Organize internal and external meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Travel Arrangements: Book flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring all logistics are in place for business trips.
  • Expense Management: Process and track expense reports, receipts, and reimbursements.
  • File Management: Maintain and organize both digital and physical files, ensuring confidentiality and ease of access.
  • Support with Projects: Assist in research, project management, and coordination for key projects as assigned by management.
  • Liaison: Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Office Administration: Manage office supplies, equipment, and other administrative duties to ensure smooth office functioning.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience working in a corporate or fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
