Our client, with resort operations in Lusaka, is looking for an experienced Conference and Banqueting Manager to join their team based in Lusaka. He/she would report directly to the Resort Food and Beverage Manager.

Responsibilities
- Maintain hotel standards to the highest standards.
- Manage multiple conference facilities sometimes, simultaneously.
- Maintain and manage conference equipment.
- Manage large number of staff.
- Liaise with and manage 3rd party contractors where necessary.
- Manage budgets.
- Reporting
- Liaising with other departments.
Requirements
- Hospitality qualification
- More than 15 years’ experience in Conference and Banqueting operations. Preference will be given to individuals who have demonstrated experience working in 4 – 5 star operations.
- Budget generation and management
- Staff management experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
