RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Inspect and repair agricultural machinery and equipment
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs
- Strip and reassemble engines, gearboxes, axles
- Carry out servicing and routine maintenance
- Carry out safety checks and repairs
- Ability to diagnose and repair agricultural mechanical problems
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals
- Understanding of safety procedures
AGRICULTURAL MECHANIC SKILLS
- Familiarity with farm machinery
- Good knowledge of basic maintenance and repairs
- Ability to diagnose faults and use appropriate tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with John Deere equipment an added advantage
