Responsibilities
- Manage the complete sales process, from the first contact to final delivery, ensuring perfect customer experience.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with new and old customers.
- Stay up to date on market trends, competition and new product developments.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, including customer feedback and market insights
Requirements
- A degree in Marketing, Administration or related field.
- Experience in sales in the automotive sector.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
