Responsibilities
- Install, configure & maintain Windows and related Business software and hardware, Identify risks and plan for implementation and/or migration of software and hardware (Desktops, Laptops, and servers).
- Team and solution offerings to remain abreast with product offerings and releases, Maintain design and recovery documentation.
- Providing 2nd and 3rd level support to integrated ICT systems, analyze, enhance and consolidate business requirements, analyze current system processes and design.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems or equivalent work experience.
- Grade 12/ Matric/ O-Levels.
- Experience with VMware vSphere (ESX & ESXi).
- Network monitoring/management experience.
