Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide dedicated support to a senior executive. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of the executive’s daily operations, handle sensitive information with discretion, and manage both professional and personal tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the executive, managing correspondence, calls, and inquiries.
  • Organize and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and review documents, presentations, and reports prior to meetings.
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
  • Manage and prioritize emails and communication, responding on behalf of the executive when required.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Plan and oversee travel logistics, including visas, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Assist in personal tasks as required, such as managing household staff or errands.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting senior executives.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in [Insert Language(s)].
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with scheduling tools.
