Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant (PA) to provide dedicated support to a senior executive. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of the executive’s daily operations, handle sensitive information with discretion, and manage both professional and personal tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the executive, managing correspondence, calls, and inquiries.
- Organize and maintain the executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and review documents, presentations, and reports prior to meetings.
- Coordinate and liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
- Manage and prioritize emails and communication, responding on behalf of the executive when required.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Plan and oversee travel logistics, including visas, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Assist in personal tasks as required, such as managing household staff or errands.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting senior executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in [Insert Language(s)].
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with scheduling tools.
