About the Role:
Our client, a reputable syndic company, is seeking a Site Manager to oversee the management and maintenance of luxury residential properties in Tamarin. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of daily activities, coordinate with service providers, and uphold the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of luxury properties, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards.
- Supervise and coordinate service providers, including cleaning, landscaping, and maintenance teams.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Monitor and manage budgets for property maintenance and repairs.
- Address and resolve residents’ inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Oversee preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution of repairs.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and property management guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of site operations, including maintenance logs and expense reports.
- Liaise with property owners, tenants, and contractors to ensure smooth communication and operations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A diploma or degree in Property Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in site management or property management, preferably with luxury properties.
- Familiarity with Mauritian property laws and regulations.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software is an advantage.
