Our client a well-established and reputable organization based in Malawi is looking to recruit a Customer Support Champion to join their firm. The role involves liaising with a diverse clientele and collaborating with our Rwanda-based support team and other departments to stay updated on promotions, operational developments, and company updates.

 

The responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency, ensuring satisfaction and resolution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for local customer issues in Blantyre or Lilongwe.
  • Maintain open communication with the Rwanda-based support team and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay informed on the latest company promotions, updates, and operational changes to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Promote Moors World of Sport positively while building and maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism when assisting clientele.

 

Requirements :

 

  • Proven experience in customer support or a similar role (experience in the sports betting or gaming industry is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
  • Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of support tools and platforms.
  • Fluency in English and local languages (preferred).
