Our client a well-established and reputable organization is looking to recruit a Marketing Assistant Coordinator to join their firm. This role is pivotal to the growth and development of our Malawi operations in the competitive sports betting and gaming industry.

 

The responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance the company’s brand visibility and customer engagement.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including:
  • Merchandising experts.
  • Shop fit-out professionals.
  • Billboard and outdoor advertising vendors.
  • Brand marketing agencies.
  • Media buying houses.
  • Identify and capitalize on new marketing opportunities to position Moors World of Sport as a market leader.
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns across online and retail platforms to boost customer acquisition and retention.
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies to meet targets.
  • Manage budgets related to marketing initiatives to ensure cost-effectiveness.

 

 

Requirements :

 

  • Proven experience in marketing, with a track record of success in brand development and campaign execution.
  • Strong network and contacts within Malawi’s marketing industry, including media, merchandising, and advertising sectors.
  • Knowledge of the sports betting or gaming industry is advantageous but not essential.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
