Position: Branch Manager
Reports to: Regional Manager – Northern Kenya
Location: Mandera, Kenya.
Client Description – Our client in Mandera town is a leading provider of sustainable energy, water, and irrigation solutions. Specializing in solar power, mini-grids, water pumping, and irrigation systems. The company ensures high-quality solar project execution and long-term sustainability through ongoing support and maintenance.
Role description – The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing all operations of the branch, ensuring the efficient management of sales, customer relationships, and day-to-day activities. This role involves leading the sales team to meet and exceed targets, implementing sales strategies for growth, and ensuring a minimum profitability margins. He/she will be accountable for achieving annual revenue targets
Key Responsibilities
- Leading the sales team and ensuring that targets are met
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the branch
- Implementing effective sales strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and relationship management
- Achieving annual targets of KSH 50,000,000 in total revenue and maintaining a minimum
profitability margin of 25% - Reporting to senior management on branch performance and profitability.
Qualifications and Experience
- 3 years of technical sales experience in the solar energy industry.
- Proven and aggressive sales track record, demonstrating your ability to meet and exceed targets
in a competitive environment. - Deep understanding of solar products, technical specifications, and market trends will be vital to achieving both sales and profitability targets.
Skills and Expertise
- Solar installation knowledge
- Solar panels and machinery knowledge .
