Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with company’s mission and long-term objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain top-tier talent.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures that promote a fair, ethical, and legally compliant work environment.
  • Design competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and values-driven workplace culture aligned with company’s mission.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • 7–10 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in conservation, NGO, non-profit, or international development sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of Mozambique’s labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven expertise in recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Experience in multicultural and diverse work environments.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (both written and spoken).
