Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and handle inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Schedule appointments and follow up on customer requests.
  • Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records of vehicles and service information.
  • Prepare and process service orders, invoices, and repair estimates, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Manage office supplies and equipment inventory, placing orders as needed, and ensuring the office environment is clean and organized.

Requirements

  • Agile in the use of computers, office tools and management systems.
  • High sense of versatility.
  • Competence for the reception of vehicles, opening and closing of works.
  • Treasury and cash control skills.
  • Able to bill, issue receipts and credit/debit memos.
  • Issuance of documentation, sending reports, payment slips, budgeting, communication with suppliers and customers.
