Responsibilities

  • Manage daily receipts and payments, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
  • Perform bank and cash reconciliations.
  • Prepare bank deposits and record financial transactions.
  • Ensure the correct application of financial policies and compliance standards.
  • Support accounting in the organization and archiving financial documents.
  • Prepare periodic financial reports for management.

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Financial Management, Economics or related areas.
  • Experience in financial management software (ERP, advanced Excel, SAP or similar).
  • Rigor and attention to detail.
  • Use of Office, with a special focus on Excel.
  • Proactivity and problem solving.
