Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with contractors, developers, and other key stakeholders.

Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring targets and objectives are met.

Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and competitor activities.

Negotiate and close high-value contracts with clients.

Work closely with the operations and procurement teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Provide sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Key Requirements

5+ years of experience in sales or business development within the construction industry.

Strong network of contacts within the industry, including contractors, developers, and suppliers.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to develop and execute sales strategies in a competitive market.

Knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and project management is an advantage.

Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
