Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

  • Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with contractors, developers, and other key stakeholders.

  • Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring targets and objectives are met.

  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and competitor activities.

  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts with clients.

  • Work closely with the operations and procurement teams to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Provide sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development within the construction industry.

  • Strong network of contacts within the industry, including contractors, developers, and suppliers.

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies in a competitive market.

  • Knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and project management is an advantage.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
