We are looking for a skilled CRM & Automation Specialist to manage, optimise, and enhance our CRM systems and automation workflows. This role is key to streamlining operations, increasing efficiency, and improving customer engagement through intelligent automation. You’ll work primarily with GoHighLevel, Make.com, and Zapier, with an emphasis on AI-driven automation and systems integration.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Management – Administer, configure, and optimise GoHighLevel CRM to improve user experience and streamline internal processes.
- Automation & Integration – Build and maintain automation workflows using Make.com and Zapier to connect systems, reduce manual work, and ensure smooth data flow.
- AI-Driven Automation – Leverage AI to enhance marketing automation, lead nurturing, and customer support processes.
- Workflow Optimisation – Identify inefficient processes and implement automation solutions to improve productivity and scalability.
- Data Management & Reporting – Maintain data integrity, manage customer segmentation, and generate performance reports for CRM and automation tools.
- Troubleshooting & Support – Monitor and troubleshoot automation flows, resolving errors and maintaining system performance.
- Collaboration & Training – Work with internal teams to align automation strategies with business goals. Provide training and documentation on CRM and automation best practices.
- Continuous Improvement – Stay up to date with the latest CRM, AI, and automation technologies, and proactively recommend improvements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with GoHighLevel CRM.
- Strong knowledge of Make.com, Zapier, and other workflow automation platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-driven automation, lead flows, and CRM-based customer journeys.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot CRM and automation issues.
- Understanding of marketing automation, customer segmentation, and lead nurturing processes.
- Ability to create and maintain clear documentation and SOPs for automation workflows.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to train others on tools and processes.
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and suggest improvements.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience with API integrations and custom automation scripting.
- Some scripting or coding knowledge (e.g. JavaScript, JSON, webhook handling) is a plus – particularly helpful for troubleshooting or building advanced custom solutions.
- Background in digital marketing, sales automation, or customer experience management.
