Our client in the region, is looking for a Bakery Manager to join their team. He/she must have a culinary or bakery certification.
He/she will be responsible for the following:
- Staff management and development including hiring.
- Production
- Inventory management and procurement (entire supply chain)
- Sales and Marketing and Customer Service
- Quality Control and compliance.
- Health and safety
- Budgeting
- Administration – including licensing, etc.,
Requirements
- Culinary or baking certification is essential.
- Minimum of 5 years’ working in a bakery environment. Exposure to bulk production would be beneficial.
- Hardworking and proactive.
