Our client in the region, is looking for a Bakery Manager to join their team. He/she must have a culinary or bakery certification.

 

He/she will be responsible for the following:

  • Staff management and development including hiring.
  • Production
  • Inventory management and procurement (entire supply chain)
  • Sales and Marketing and Customer Service
  • Quality Control and compliance.
  • Health and safety
  • Budgeting
  • Administration – including licensing, etc.,

 

Requirements

  • Culinary or baking certification is essential.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ working in a bakery environment. Exposure to bulk production would be beneficial.
  • Hardworking and proactive.
