Qualifications

  • Technical/engineering background Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., HNDHRM or CHRP) is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to performance management and talent development.
  • Familiarity with HRIS, databases, and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, talent management, or HR administration.
