Our client in Zimbabwe is looking for an energetic Mining Engineer to join their team for a job vacancy within the Mining industry.

The responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee daily mining activities, ensuring adherence to safety, environmental, and production standards.
- Develop short and long-term mine plans in line with project goals.
- Monitor and optimize mining processes and equipment efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including geology, processing, and maintenance to ensure continuous improvement.
- Provide technical support for drilling, blasting, and extraction operations.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and contribute to sustainable mining practices.
Requirements:
- A relevant Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a Mining Engineer role within a gold mining environment.
- Energetic, innovative, and able to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong understanding of mine planning software and production processes.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
