Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement annual procurement strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and supplier evaluations to identify quality sources for FMCG products.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with both domestic and international suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and consistent supply.
  • Collaborate closely with logistics, warehousing, and sales teams to optimize supply chain operations.
  • Monitor market trends and risks and provide recommendations for process improvements and cost control.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 3 years of procurement experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in supplier management.
  • Excellent analytical abilities and familiarity with procurement and supplier management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
