Our client in Beira is looking for an Operations Technician to join their team for a job vacancy within the Agricultural Sector.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and enforce EHSE standards across all operational sites to ensure zero non-compliance incidents.
- Supervise daily operations across all locations, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently, on time, and in compliance with company standards.
- Oversee all inland logistics and transportation to ensure timely, cost-effective movement of goods.
- Conduct regular stock and cash reconciliations at operational sites to maintain financial and inventory integrity.
- Ensure adherence to quality control processes across all operations.
- Lead, train, and support remote and on-site teams to ensure high engagement and performance.
Requirements:
- Degree in Operations Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years in operations management, logistics, or supply chain, preferably in commodity trading, agribusiness, or industrial operations, in Mozambique or Africa.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, and financial acumen.
- Willingness to travel frequently to operational sites.
