Our client a well-established and reputable organization within the furniture industry is looking to recruit an External Sales Representative to join their company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and promoting our clients high-quality kitchen solutions. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent sales and negotiation skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the kitchen manufacturing industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, and homeowners.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to assess requirements and present product options.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the kitchen, furniture, or home improvement sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Must have a personal car (mileage reimbursed at AA rates).
